"I am amending my negative comment I posted below. Lexie from Robert's called right after I posted this. She apologized for me not getting a hair style that I loved and let me know that all products at Robert's are guaranteed. She gave me a refund and offered to have me come back in to have my hair fixed. I was so impressed by the customer service I am now giving Robert's 5 Stars. Thank you! I went in to have my roots touched up. Ludby double-booked me with someone else. He rushed during my highlights. Then I was left with my head in the sink for half an hour. My color was left in too long so he toned my whole head. Now I have light roots with dark hair. I knew that he knew he had screwed up but he didn't say anything. Honesty and an apology would have gone a long way here."
