"Super disappointed in the experience I had yesterday. I have visited this nail salon many times and haven’t had this type of experience before. I took my friend from out of town here and we got gel pedicures and dip manicures. The pedicures were rushed through but my toes came out looking okay. However the manicure experience was horrible when I sat down she immediately started pushing my cuticles back with her own finger nail!!! Not even a cuticle pusher her legit finger nail. I was shocked by this and didn’t have high hopes for how the manicure would come out. She left my nails looking crooked and chunky after I asked her many times to make them not thick and to please fix the shape of the nails. Eventually I just had to stop watching her do my nails because they were so bad. She rushed me out of the chair because I don’t think she wanted me to have time to look at my nails before I left. When I saw that she let me walk out with hardened dip powder all over my hands and underneath my nails as well as a completely crooked nail and polish all over my cuticles I was extremely disappointed. Paid $100 for what is supposed to be a relaxing experience just to end up disappointed."
