"No stars. Absolutely no stars! I went in for a dip this weekend and it was absolutely outrageous! I had to wait 1 hour for someone to assist me while the worker was doing nothing. When i sat down i had a lady that made me wait even more because they continued talking! I was absolutely frustrated that I had to wait so long! Right when she started doing my nails she did not once prepare my nail or cut my cuticle . She went straight to putting the plastic on the tip of my nail and began to do my dipping. She gripped my hand so hard with an attitude the whole entire appointment I felt so unwelcome. She was so rough on me I felt like I was getting strangled. She dipped my finger in the tip so many times that the nail was starting to stack up from how much product there was added. She then told me that she was going to be right back and i waited patiently and quietly. I waited 40 minutes for the lady to come back and i began thinking that she forgot about me. Then a man sat in front of me and said he was going to do my nails. The lady before did not know anything that she was doing and very rushed. I explained that to the man and he was very ignorant in what I had to say. He began filing my nail so terribly and then put a top coat. My nails look like they have been worn for 2 months! I was so flabbergasted that they even let me leave the salon like this. My nails were already bending and coming off even before I left. The dust stayed on my nail and he still had the still audacity to put a clear coat on top. He even drilled my nail after he added the coat and it left multiple marks. The job looked like it was being done by a 5 year old .I told him about the drilled nail and he kept ignoring me. There was random crust left on my nails. I hope nobody ever! I mean EVER! should pay 70$ for this tragedy. Nobody Has to come to this horrible place. They assist their clients terribly. Please take in consideration and take down your business."

They make you feel so much at home it's crazy I also bring my daughter who just turned 10 year old and my fiance who gets pedi's done with me and they also rave about this place not to mention my nails last without fills or pop off 5-6 weeks now you know they know what they are doing...
