I paid a significant amount of money for a well-built pergola, but what I received was a shoddy and poorly constructed product. The company's lack of attention to detail is evident. The finishes on the pergola are so cheap that they started peeling and chipping within a few weeks. It's clear they cut corners to save costs. Save yourself from them!!!!!!"
"Don't put your money with them!!! Low work quality and professionalism. They built my pergola over face-time instructions from the owner. The roof has been leaking from day one!!! The owner, Dale, never answered his phone, and when he did, he promised to come “today.” He came once to fix it at 10 pm, three months after the installation, and the roof leaks from all over. Since then, he’s been MIA, and we got stuck with $11,000 worth of metals. During the installation, they broke my new pool deck. In addition, the gutters leak from many points. No customer service promised to fix it, but it never showed up. Don't hire them. You'll thank me later."
