"I have never loved a nail salon until now! Keith was amazing. He took his time and made sure I was happy every step of the way. He paid attention to every detail. He was also very gentle. This was important to me. I deal with a lot of paperwork and the skin around my nails is pretty dry and tender. He was very careful and never once hurt me. To add icing to the cake, their customer service skills were to notch! They had no problem touching up the polish of the young lady next to me when she accidentally messed hers up. They were nice and funny. Upfront about all costs (which are very reasonable). Made great, easy flowing conversation, and genuinely seemed to enjoy not only what they do but the people they interact with."
