"I have gone to this store for over 10 years and really had a good experience.. until Rob the new smug , rude, young guy started being the manager... now I don't feel welcome. He told me he'd fix my pool vacuum in 2 business days, it turned into over a week and he never called when I was ready like he said he would. The other guys are great but Rob ruins the store."

"I went to Leslie Pools to buy a replacement part for my pool. Store did not have part I needed. Young man behind counter found replacement part on Leslie Pools website. He told me it would take 5 days (business days) to be delivered & it will cost $16. I needed this replacement part for my pool & told him I wanted to buy it. He said he couldn't sell replacement part to me because I was Not in Leslie Pools "system". He asked for my email, which I gave him. Leslie Pools sent a code that I never received. Young man behind counter then told me , since I'm not in Leslie Pools system, UPS would deliver replacement part to lLslie Pools store & it would take 10 days (business days, which is 2 weeks). I told young man I was going to take my business to another pool company. The competitor pool company ordered replacement part & said I would have it in 2 business days. The competitor pool company did not require my email address to sell me the part. BTW, competitor pool company's price for replacement part was $11.99."

"Steve is a great sales associate but new manager needs customer service training! Tries to sell you everything and then has attitude When you tell her pools been clear cause you don’t want to go bankrupt buying every chemical My phosphates have also been high and she says I’ll regrets not buying more chemicals. My pool has been good for 10 years and been happy to go to Leslies until new manager this year I’ve been going there for ten years and recommended Atleast a dozen people but new manager doesn’t know how to conduct herself in a professional way More to come, just a summery"

"+ Helpful guy working there. + I wanted to give my business locally because the VIRUS B.S. has everyone afraid and shopping online. - Well, little did i think i'd get royally price gouged by an extra 40% on a standard pool filter. So much for supporting the local guy. Internet prices are much better. Sorry Leslie's i won't be back for my other pool needs"
