"NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They lie they cheat all the way after signing contract!!! DO NOT TRUST THERE SALES REP JIM!!!! He lies lies lies!!!! We have waited 6 months in which they told us 4 months to put up a screen porch. We received 3 quotes from 3 different companies and decided to go with this company because they were in business for 40 years. BIG MISTAKE!!!! We were quoted for heavy duty screening (cat protection) but unfortunately what they said and what they wrote in there contract are two different things and unfortunately we trusted them and didn’t review the contract as well as we should have. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!"
"Called three weeks ago lady said someone will be out within 5 business days then called two weeks ago and complained lady said someone would be out within 3 business days then called last week she said some will be calling me then called yesterday and they promised I would be talking to someone yesterday but instead I’m leaving this review don’t know how your company makes any money never showing up don’t call these guys they WONT SHOW UP!!!"
"Oh yeah, call them, explain what your looking to get done. They will do exactly what they did to me, never return a phone call. I even tried to reach back out and remind them I was waiting on a follow-up, and I still could not get a callback. In the end, I would not recommend them. Just think, if you cant get an initial call back, what do you think will happen when they start the job or they butcher the job and you need them to come back out?"
