Nettie admits she is not experienced with Dip, and by the look of my gf's nails, it shows. Nettie was friendly, and that's why I gave two stars instead of 1. But setting up the appointment was difficult (no call back after leaving VM and no reply to initial text message). There was little of what she usually expected for a manicure (no cuticle push; paint didn't go to the edge of the nail; no soaking). I was trying to give a gift, and now my girl has "embarrassment" written all over her hands, instead. Won't be back for the pedi. Asked groupon for a refund, and even if they don't give it, I'll just write it off. It was that bad."
