"Great experience with Jen who is super talented. Unfortunately no one mentions on checkout that there is an additional feel if paying by card. So an already expensive experience was more without any warning until I checked my account. When I called to ask what the charge was for I was told it is the credit card fee and that I could have paid with cash or check to avoid- yet was never advised if such at the time of checkout. And then was told “ya no worries” after my call. . Was told there was signage but they took it down. Ruined my experience"
