"Went in for cut and foil she dry cut my hair looked like straw. I asked if owner could fix it they told me to come back next week I was mortified at the way it looked and how she wanted me to wait 5 days Cassie walked away and didn’t address the situation after I was upset and now you just offer a cut to make yourself look good and I had to call when I got home for you to offer me an appointment the next day! I’ll never go back had to go to a real hairdresser to help fix this mess"
