"Been coming here for a couple years since moving. I love Ulta, but this one over the past 6 months to a year has really stepped up their customer service. Maureen in the prestigious makeup area is a gem. I needed help with getting a new foundation. She took the initiative, saw my struggle, and stepped right in to help me. She color matched me and suggested a beautiful primer to go with it. Janice up at the cash wrap is always pleasant as well! Thank you!"

"Very odd and unprofessional experience yesterday (Jan 20, 24 3:50pm ish). The cashier who was ringing up my items was very nice. During our pleasant interaction, she asked if i had an Ulta account (i didnt). So she started to explain to me what it was all about. She was about 3 words into it when (and I KID YOU NOT) this other employee (blond, white coat, strong accent) (we'll call her "bully") loudly interrupts "OH ILL JUST EXPLAIN IT" (in a tone that suggested that my cashier was incapable). Bully ACTUALLY shoves herself in front of my cashier, forcing my cashier to take a step back. Without permission or an apology, "Bully" rudely takes over the conversation. I felt SO BAD for my cashier because she had just been seriously belittled and disrespected. She looked mortified but somehow remained professional. After all that, Bully doesnt even end up providing me with any real info about the program. I just stared at her with shock and disgust. After Bully walks away, my cashier gracefully picked up where she left off. I admired her for maintaining her class. Bully should be fired for treating employees like that. She reeked of entitlement and superiority. The kind of person who you NEVER want as your supervisor. I hope a higher up looks into this. I dont know either of their names but it all went down right before 4pm."

"Service was terrible. Employees in the high end cosmetics department completely ignored me. I had to interrupt them talking to one another to even help me and they acted as if I was bothering them. There was a man who tried to be helpful, but the women in that department were not helpful. I prefer Sephoras customer service."

"I attempted buy the Benefit Roller Lash Mini.... clearly marked $14 but it rang up $15. When I brought it so sales associate attention she stated that $15 was the correct price and sometimes they don't update the display prices. She refused to honor the displayed price. Staff here is typically not very knowledgeable or helpful."

"Here for 6 months I set out to find a salon with Redken products and landed on Ulta’s Salon Services. First of all, it’s super easy to book online, secondly, the confirmation and reminder texts are helpful and not repetitive. Also nice is the salon area itself which was spotless including the bathroom!!! My stylist, Salina, was on time and very well versed on the different aspects of their services (I was curious about straighteners). She did a great job with my color and blow out. Her co-workers were all friendly. I asked if my eyebrows could be tinted when she did my hair and she got enthusiastic about their new Brow Bar staffer. Luck would have it, the new Brow specialist, Ciara, could do my brows while my hair processed and she did a fabulous job too! I highly recommend this ULTA and I will definitely continue to book my appointments there."
