"I would like to report on my experience with Hilary. After doing the service, I received the full amount for the secretary well above what is on the website and what my friends paid months ago. I complained about this and Hilary promptly called me and explained that my hair needed more products to achieve the color I wanted. My suggestion is always for the professional to explain the cost of each stage to the client first so that we are not surprised by the final price. Despite this, I enjoyed the service and will return to the salon."

"Please beware!!! Jillian the Manager doesn’t care about your hair. She’s only interested in your money. I was told not to return to her salon just because I complained about my results and wouldn’t pay the full price. I made an appointment with the Lorena and was given her trainee who, in my opinion, needs more training. I should’ve declined. I have thick hair and need an experienced professional. What ever happened to “the customer is always right”? If it happened to me then it can happen to you too"

"I visited this Salon twice in the past 4 days. My experiences were fantastic! The first day I had a 60-minute pedicure with Michelle and a 30-minute facial with Brandy. The second visit I had a hard gel manicure with Michelle, and the Beach Ready Sugar scrub and 50-minute Island Paradise massage with Erika. Michelle is wonderful, attentive, focused on her craft, a joy to be around and overall very professional! It was truly a blessing to meet her and have my nail services through her. Brandy was a hoot! Kind, funny, and entertaining during my facial. I get that she knows how to tailor the environment to her clients' needs; therefore, if you are up for a more quiet facial, please do not be detered. This seriously was the best facial I had - even though it was the shortest (but the 30 minutes did seem longer). ERIKA! She's a must! Past nurse now masseuse miracle worker! She's extremely attentive, and recognized an area I had been having trouble with that I didn't even tell her or ask her to address. She really worked it out (I thought the issue was joint related - well - she helped!) The scrub and massage were amazing and the pressure was excellent for my knots. Those at the front desk are also friendly and quick to assist. Special shout out to Jackie. I recommended this Spa to others during my vacation and HIGHLY recommend it to you, too!"
