"I have been coming here for about 1.5 years. I had an appointment for 1:00, got there at 12:50 was told they were running behind to sit and wait. After waiting for 40 minutes they took me to my chair got my feet in the water. A lady walked in, they put her in the chair next to me. The person that was setting me up went to the new person and started working on her and left me sitting there. All the other techs were busy with other clients, I really felt like I was being put off, I got up and left. WILL NOT ever go back there again."

"Recommend calling ahead, for appointment I’ve tried to go with out and it’s usually too busy for service. Overall I do enjoy their pedicures, watch out for add ons they will add up and can get pricey. -in March Update: called ahead and made appt. Overall great experience today! Got full set acrylic pink ombré $57 and basic pedicure $27, plus tip. Also just FYI it is now called Nail Spa (5/26/2021)"
