"Began pleasantly. Haircut was different from what I asked for. Eyebrow wax was not okay. Tried to make it right with the owner. Granted,I was late to the fix-up appointment . I am disabled and new to this area. I called to let her know I was late, and I was willing to pay any charge. She started cutting my sentences off. Then hung up on me. I was very upset by what I thought was rude."
