"The service was great. Everyone was kind and respectful. My nail appointment was done by Amy. My first nail broke within a day my entire hand was lifting by week two. My acrylic set was incredibly thin lacking an actual apex and the paint job seemed as if it was done by a beginner. I paid for the extravagant foot service and it lacked seeming it cost over 50 dollars, least they could have done was give me warm water. I called to see if I could get rescheduled to fix the nail and no one responded to the voicemail. 157 dollars plus tip complete waste."

"Got my nails done and the girl that was doing them had to leave so another person colored them and they never fully dried but had a sticky residue and when I went home and I used rubbing alcohol on one nail and the whole polish came off. Not sure what happened. My nail bed is also sore like a burning sensation and I do not know why since it was just a basic mani. I will try to go back again but not sure if they will believe me. I will update with whatever they tell me. Late update. I called the next day and they told me to come back. I get there and she tells me that I did not let them dry. My nails still had some sticky residue on them. I knew they would blame me. Then the girl doing them again said Ohhhh you did not let dry and yes yes nail polish does come off with alcohol now. The girl also wanted to re-file my mail bed and I told her no. She said hey are supposed to to that so the color sticks. I have never had them do that there at that location so it confused me a bit. After I got them re colored and pay an extra $17 they only lasted 7 days. I guess the products they use are not of quality."

"Nail Dior is located at the Belmont Shopping. The establishment is in an excellent location with a lot of parking. As soon as you arrive, you can see that the location is ample and has a lot of technicians on roster. Service is always good. One of the best salons in the area. Update: Today, 6/25/2023, the hostess and one the technicians had a strong argument in the store; which impacted the morale and atmosphere of the salon. It was unnecessary and the argument continued leaving confusion if the technician would be finishing the job that already she started. The technician returned and she continued to be upset and openly complaining. I do not know if management was there or not, what I can say is that the incident should have been dealt promptly to avoid escalation."

"I’m went in for gel color change. The girl was rude, my nails were uneven when I went in because I had broken a couple, she was going to leave them that way when I asked to cut back and shape them square she gave me a disgusted look and slapped the file down in table before getting clippers to cut nails. Quality of job with polish isn’t good. Didn’t cover while mail there is obvious areas not covered by polish. She used same polish on toes as finger nails but no light used she sad toes had regular polish leave the ridiculous flip flops they provide on for an hour, so left in those toes still wet. This was my first and last time coming here."
