"Went here for high/ low lights and a cut. Michele was friendly and accommodating but I'm honestly so disappointed with my hair. I wanted black low lights or very very dark brown but got almost the same brown as my hair color, they are barely noticeable, along with platinum highs. The highlights themselves are about a half inch back from my scalp (giving the appearance of already grown out highlights) and don't blend well at all. The hair cut I got was nothing like what I asked for. Basically she just trimmed my hair, . There's no style and it's very bland. Money spent was not worth it, I will have to pay someone else to do what they cannot. :("
