"First, our appointment was late obviously because she wanted to squeeze another person in before us. We brought detailed instructions from our hair dresser up north. She was not able to follow any of it despite our suggestions to refer to notes. My sister's style is done using a razor with different heads, 3 & 6. I stopped her as she started using a 2. Then, she admitted that she never used a razor before. That would have been nice to know before she started. When cutting my hair, I asked for a trim, just a 1/4 inch. No such luck. Finally, when we tried to pay her using a card, her machine was down. She asked us to come back. I only agreed because we were going next-door shop. Then, when we returned another person was there to collect the money but wanted to charge a fee for using a card. That fee came out of her charge. Never again."
