"Patti is absolutely incredible! I am not easy to please and spend alot of time and research before I step foot into a salon. She took time to get to understand my needs, wants and issues. I never felt rushed and she talked me through the process every step of the way. After having my children my hair went curly and I had absolutely no idea what to do with it. She took time to explain what products to use and how to use them! Not just put it in and go...oh no no i got an entire lesson on how to oit it in, how to scrunch, how to blow dry, what type of towel to use and why! Amazing! "After reading other reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Penny. I am so happy I did! I started by filling out a form about my hair and my wants and needs. Then Penny and I talked a bit - I gave her my ideas, she gave me hers and we came to an agreement. Then she set to work. Due to covid I had been coloring my hair myself. It didn't look bad, but it didn't look great. Penny made my hair look great! She got out the home color, added highlights and colored my roots, and gave me an excellent cut. She was very meticulous in her highlighting and cutting. The day after her services, I went out, and people that I didn't even know me were commenting on how great my hair looked! I was blown away! I don't want to end without commenting on the entire salon. Everyone that works there was so personable and friendly. I will definitely go back - I am so glad I found Penny and the salon."
