"WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE WITH MEN’S HAIR!!! I asked for layers and got left with the top part of my hair short and the bottom length long. I had chin length hair, and was left with a mullet in the back and elvis presley hair on the top somehow. I feel bad writing a negative review, but they really messed me up. I showed pictures of what i wanted and she said she could do it, but clearly she couldn’t."

"I have been getting my hair highlighted for twelve years by various salons. When I walked in the first thing my hair dresser said and I quote “you have very pretty hair.” “So soft”. Which took a turn for the worst. Never once were the foils left on for over an hour at any of those places. But at Levy’s 1 hour and 20 mins. Right after the foils were removed from my hair I was taken to the sink to rinse the bleach out and she SCRUBBED my hair with no product in it. This caused huge knots to form and over those knots she but a toner that toned my hair orange at the root. While the toner was sitting on top of these knots they they combed my hair out. I felt so many strands break off. I was freaking out. Another hair dresser said “all this damage had been done by a previous visit to a different salon.” Mind you I have not bleached my hair in over 6 months. I have been using masks, going in for gloss treatments, using the proper products as well. When she told me I need to take care of my hair it really bothered me because i use the best and my hair WAS extremely healthy. So I know for a fact the hair on the top of my head, the hair i style every day, see in the mirror, brush, and wash was not broken and fried to that extent before they worked on my hair. Even at the end of the session a partial highlight took four hours btw, the hair dresser was struggling to pin all these newly created fly aways down. The first thing my boyfriend said to me was that my hair looks thinner. I tried for two days to talk myself into “oh it’s not that bad” but I finally was like nope I need to call. The woman on the phone reassured me her salon didn’t do anything that would cause hair breakage and said I came in like that. MY HAIR LOOKS TIE DYED. I would much rather had them say “I’m sorry we don’t have a hair stylist capable of that at this time.” She wanted me to come in so they could look at it and fix it. I have no interest in them fixing it so I asked for a refund. I sent her an email and she never replied sending pictures and a full story as to what happened. But she just kept urging me to come in so they can fix it. I’m a single mom with a full time job. I can’t just come in any time. Plus I would rather go to a hairdresser who knows how to fix this."
