"I stopped by a few minutes ago, thinking I would spend some money with the black owned business. The young lady I encountered at the counter, was very unfriendly and more preoccupied with her Cell Phone than helping me. I usually make my hair purchases at the hair store on Gibsonton Drive in 301 and when I do shop I spend $100 or more. The young lady at the counter is not the owner. I’ve met the owner before and she’s a beautiful, friendly, engaging person. My advice is to not have your niece, daughter, or whomever this young lady is in there at this moment at the counter she’s rude and she needs training and Customer Service and she’s costing you money. Best wishes."

"Worsts experience ever, I went in this astablishment Thursday morning five weeks ago , the young women was the most disrespectful verbally and in disposition, also never tried to help me and I asked if she could help me out, she argued to no avail, paid more attention to what she was reading than customer service, I ended up asking if there was anyone else that might be able to assist me, and she really became aggressive and mouthy,I did tell her , that her customer service was horrible and I would like to report it she never closed her mouth, I decided to drive a hour before given her my money, since then I have called several times for owner to no avail, but was told I could reach her through face book, that person that answers the phone during later shift was very sweet, so I just decided to leave this review. I would never give bad information unless it warranted service."
