"Dawn is a master hair stylist and she is the only one I will trust to cut and dye my hair. I have very thick asian hair and have not found another stylish that knows how to cut and deal with my hair. I always walk out very happy with my hair cut and dye. She is also very accommodating in getting you an apportionment time."

"This place is terrible. She is operating with a delinquent cosmetology license. Her shop used the same towel on three different clients. She wouldn’t tell me what product she was using on me except to say, “oh I don’t know, all the writing is in Chinese, it’s from China.” (I should have asked BEFORE she started putting it on my hair) I went for hair straightening, but hair still curly. I asked about refund or discount, said it wasn’t her her fault my hair didn’t “take.” She said I had to use her products in order for product to work, she had them already in a bag, so didn’t look at them until I got home. Once I looked, most were for curly and coiled hair, to maintain curls and coils. Made no sense, I went for hair straightening! The pics are of me AFTER the straightening and with the use of her products. My hair still wavy-Curley, no difference! Her prices were outrageous!! Stupidly, I paid with out complaining initially. I blamed myself for not asking prices beforehand. It’s a pretty shabby place (didn’t know that before I got there) so I didn’t think she’d be that much. She wanted to trim dead ends after the treatment, I said ok. She charged $75 for this 10-15 min trim! On the phone she said straightening treatment would be $350, but charged $470, saying it was more work. My hair was straight when I left because she blew it and used a flat iron, so didn’t know that it didn’t work until four days later when I washed it. Stay away from this place!!"

"Planning a wedding, even a small one, from 1000 miles away is crazy! But Dawn helped to ease my anxiety so much about the big day! I scheduled the Queen/King for a day packages for both my husband and I. Manicures, pedicures, massages, then Dawn did my hair and Melissa did my makeup. They all truly did an awesome job! I felt so comfortable and loved the results. My day was perfect and Dawn and her crew were no small part in that. Thank you guys, from the bottom of our hearts. Chad and Melissa VanDuyn"
