"I have never had an issue here till now! I got a fill on Wed the 14th paid $40 by Saturday. My nails were lifting and peeling back. I came in today to show them that it only been 4 days, and my nails looked like they never been filled. The gentleman very politely saids "we fix fo you." After he wants to charge me $35!!!!! I said wow really I just gave u $40 for a fill that lasted 3days! I wasn't looking for anything free! But they tricked me into thinking they where going to fix the problem, this is not called fixing the problem, i could of easily went somewhere else if they where gonna charge me for a whole new fill.. Because of this poor customer service and lack of clarity, I will never go back!!! I don't appreciate been lied to or tricked."

"I don't know how all these people's nails ended up looking so good while mine looked...well like a student did them. My friend had her toes done to perfection and my nail tech was not very friendly and did a poor job. I was excited as she had told me how good they were. Sadly disappointed and about to have another salon fix the color. She was able to fix 2 nails and created a good shape but after applying the top coat she filed again taking off the gel on the tip. I also didn't like that she did not spy the color well as the gel had run to my cuticles and nails sides pulling my skin after they cured. It hurt so I had to separate it from the skin. You can see in the photos how close the gel was applied to the cuticle and sides. It also is painted uneven with one nails having a dark spot from the un even coat and little bumps. The only time this happens is when I have done my own gel. If I knew this would have happened I might have just passed and did them myself. Don't recommend."

"My first time at this salon today and it was a very positive experience. I was a walk-in and they were able to immediately accommodate me. The gentleman who did my mani/pedi was polite and professional and did beautiful work. I will definitely be back."
