"Horrible experience will never be back the lady chopped my hair and I mean chopped it the style is nothing like what I wanted. I get home and shower and my hair is uneven, literally uneven she didn’t even keep a straight line…. I can’t even go get a re-cut because I’m gonna have to chop so much more of my hair off so I can’t do that needless to say she screwed me over. We did family cuts and me and my daughters hair looks awful, my husband liked his cut, but I damn sure will not be back they can’t do style cuts or even a basic trim soooo that’s pretty bad. Didn’t Use any coupon paid full price. I personally have cut my own hair and my daughters, and I can do better than this so MAD what a huge regret I will never trust these people with my hair again. Stay away from this location"

"After my mom waited 30 mins we continued seeing people come before her as well as 2 employees just sitting around, like just staring at us.. like if you’re on break ok but at least tell people why employees are just sitting around.. my mom got so frustrated she walked out. In the meantime I’m hearing them complain about tips.. so unprofessional"
