I sold many pools, however the owner (Dave Rieger) has refused to compensate me for what is owed and has told me that the pools we built have taken losses. I have been reaching out to him for several years to settle up on this and he continues to ignore me."

Here are the facts: 26 months from contract; 19 months from permitting; no work done for weeks and months at a time; nearly 5 weeks to obtain CO (county check list ignored); attempts to charge additional for items included in fixed bid contract; still waiting on completion of punch list… bottom line find another GC or make sure to spell everything (including lack of performance language with penalties) in contract."
