"This was a while back but had not had the chance to review. My sister and I had a terrible experience. First, they told her they didn't have OPI White, and a few minutes later, my nail tech started doing mine. I had also asked for white. Well, he had the OPI white, so when I told my sister, she asked to have her tech to stop and use the color she had originally asked, and the lady got very upset and slapped the guy tech on the arm for not telling her they had it or for hoarding them on his desk. I don't know. After that, he finished my nails and purposely did a terrible job apart from staring me down the whole time and telling me to "jus.watch.tha.sho." I was in disbelief and honestly didn't understand what he was saying to me until I got in my car which was to just watch the show/TV while he stared at me upset. What a nightmare. Never again."
"I love it! Every single time I go, I love it more and more! The staff is always super friendly, and my tech Don always suggests what he thinks I'd like best from what he knows from me. I always recommend them and send all who ask me about my lovely nails there! Also, they always play the most relaxing music and cooking videos that put you in a tranz! I love it! Can't emphasize it enough..... THE BEST NAIL SALON IN WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA!!!!"
"I asked for a gel polish & regular polish on my toes. They ended up charging me $75 for this service which would be fine if it wasn’t for the fact that I specifically said I did not want a mani pedi and that’s what the charge was on the receipt. I had to go back once already to fix my pointer finger. Not even 2 hours later this is what it looks like. Just a genuinely disappointing experience for the money."
