"I came into this store with my daughter who wanted a brush, the blonde older worker came up to me and asked if I owned a salon. I told her no and she said we couldn't shop here it was exclusive for salon owners only. Can someone clarify this for me. I've been to other Sally Beauty before and bought with no problems. Or was this lady being a racist?..."

"There’s hardly anything you’d think a Sally’s would have at this location. Maybe I came before a restock day. Place was barren. Idk why the clerk felt the need to follow me around the store watching everything I was doing. I returned my basket and didn’t purchase anything when I saw her come to my isle for the 5th time to look at me and not do anything in the isle besides that. Most offensive was the acting. If you’re going to follow someone you’ve concluded must be a thief, do a better job with the expressions on your face when you come to the isle for no reason at all. Acting is living truthfully under imaginary circumstances. Have an objective in mind as you degrade your potential customers. Perhaps you could preset things to be out of place in each isle, so your motive to be in the isle watching people is more plausible. This has been an impromptu master acting class. You’re so welcome."

"I've been going to Sally's for years now. Best 99 cent nail files. The chi hair dye makes my hair feel like I went to the salon. Love the gelish for my toe nails...it lasts for a good month before I have to redo and I just picked up a gallon of cherry shampoo for the kids for 10."

"This is long over due but last Saturday night (Jan 11th) I went to the store to pick up a couple hair dyes. This very very nice girl helped me with everything I needed and had a friendly conversation with me. Because of her and her coworker alone, I will be coming back to this location. They were amazing. I believe the names were Hailey (I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong.) and Samantha I believe. But they were both working Saturday night. Amazing job."
