"We have been going to Sophia’s for 3 years ! All of my girls and it has always been great, today my daughter had a terrible experience, she got a pedicure and a fill. She called me very upset , her fill was awful! The acrylic was on her cuticles, her right thumb nail was much bigger than the left, the sides of her fingers were raw and pink and hurting. The gel was rough and wavy and the tips were not covered. The nail tech thought it was funny! Why would they hire techs who are not qualified to do nails ! It is expensive and the job was terrible! I was so disappointed with their nonchalant attitude when they offered to fix it at 6pm which was 7 hrs later because they were too busy. We had only good experiences in the past so this was beyond us?"

"2/10/23 - It completely slipped my mind that this was the Friday before Valentine's day so they were BUSY. I was only able to get a pedicure done by Emily but I totally respect that they knew they were booked with reservations and did not try to squeeze me in. 3/3 great visits, still recommend 1/18/23 - I went in for a fill and was sad Tracy was busy. Having to touch up someone else's work isn't the best sometimes but Dalin did a great job. We found the exact color I used before and picked out a few for me to try out next time. So far 2/2 I've had a good experience. 1/3/23 - FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. Usually go to Uptown but both of my techs were out. Tracy was great with my full set. She kept checking to make sure I was good with my length, shape and color. I got a simple set but she still made sure it looked good. I unfortunately did not catch the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure but he was good as well. I'm used to the usual 3-4 hours it takes at Uptown so I was pleasantly surprised when I was in and out in 2 hours and the quality didn't suffer. I will definitely be back."

"I visited with friend and our young daughters to have a pedicure, and I had a full set put on as well. I was so please with how patient they were with my 3 year old, and I was also extremely happy with my nails. A week later I somehow broke one of my nails off and I visited early in the morning to have it fixed. The gentleman who fixed it was quick and made sure it looked just like the other ones. He also wouldn’t let me pay for the fix either. Extremely happy with both the customer service and my nails! They’ve gained a regular customer!"
