"I have never once had an issue with this great clips hair salon, and I moved to Florida in 2011 and I’ve been going there ever since tonight was my first time having a bad experience I got home and I found a big bald spot on my head where she shaved off all my hair and I had no I don’t know if she did so I will be talking to management hopefully tomorrow I’m pretty outraged. I paid 20 some dollars for a haircut. I didn’t expect a big bald spot on the side of my head."

"I went in to get a haircut. Straight across haircut. I told the stylist I wanted about 2 inches taken off. I showed her how much I wanted off with my fingers. I pointed how long I wanted it to be below my shoulders. I got a haircut straight across, but much shorter, just barely at my shoulders. Instead of having the 2 inches off, I probably had 4 + inches off. Perhaps your stylist needs to look at a ruler and see the difference between 2 inches and 4 + inches. She said this was the easiest haircut she’s had all day. Then it should’ve been perfect. I’m glad I didn’t ask for anything more complicated. It took me longer to pay than I was actually in the chair. Sorry, won’t be back."
