"I tanned and was greeted promptly. The unit was clean and the bulbs were new! The cost was exceptional and they were open when others were not."

"I tried this place out since it's close to home and initially thought it was great. I got a pedicure which went well but when it came time for my acrylic nails.... The technician did not fully prep my nails (at least it appeared that way to me as all the other places follow the same procedure) and then unevenly cut my nails, making them shorter/longer than the other or slanted.... Did not even check to see if they matched. Some of my nails have a visible dip in them or are a different shape all together. My old acrylics we're ripped off by the tech's finger nails and no one was wearing gloves or sanitizing. When I flinched while they ripped off my old acrylics I was laughed at. 2 days after my mani/Pedi one of my acrylics have popped off and another is loose. I do not recommend this place at all. They have great prices but it's not worth the time or money."

"I went a couple of years without coming back to Golden Nails because of the poor customer service in the past. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned because I desperately needed my nails done and I regret it. I came in for a fill-in. While getting my nails done the nail tech who worked on my nails (Teddy) stuck his fingernails underneath my Acrylic and removed my previous set without asking me if I wanted my previous nails take off. This was a very unprofessional way to remove nails. Also, I got French. The application did not include me washing my hands or, proper drying for my gel nails. The nail tech seemed to be in a rush and I don’t know for what reason. My cuticles are messed up and I have residue of polish, acrylic, and gel all over my nail beds. I’m very dissatisfied with my nail experience. Especially for the price that I paid. I still don’t know how my fill-in totaled to the price I paid. Which was $65 because a full French set isn’t even that price. Additionally, the polish is all over the place. If you need your nails done in Leesburg, go anywhere except for Golden Nails."

"Good service pricey but worth it I'd say call and make an appointment they seem to stay pretty busy"

"I come here fairly often as I'm never organized enough to make appointments for nails and they have always taken me as a walk-in. They are good about asking to ensure you get what you want. My only "complaint" is that service is not super consistent between people and so sometimes is AWESOME service and sometimes it's just ok. So I would suggest asking for a specific tech or making an appointment with them specifically."
