"What a disappointment! I had service done here by Katy I asked for full blonde highlights and a haircut I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do that. I was there at the salon for 3 and a half hours and after she started taking the foils out I knew immediately that she had messed up big time I had so much breakage in my hair bc she decided to use a 50 volume on the top of my hair and a 40 volume on the sides of my hair I have never in my 6 times of getting highlights ever experienced breakage or dryness to my hair. My hair is completely ruined. My hair is barely blond and my haircut is so uneven I let her know that I was very disappointed and unsattisfied. I paid 110$ for this service and expressed that I was very unhappy she told me that she would fix it to come back which I was hesitant bc she had already screwed my hair up. So I went back bc I don’t have more money to spend on hair services when I already spent over 100$ at this salon. I get to the salon and the owner was there they tell me that I have to pay more money for them to fix the mess up I said absolutely not I’m not paying anymore money I’ve already spent 110$ on this and my hair has so much breakage that I can’t even put my hair in a ponytail bc I have so much breakage that it looks like a big mess, it is dried out and I’m loosing hair when I brush it from the service you did on my hair. The owner was very rude and had lack of customer service skills. I asked for my money back since they wouldn’t fix what they screwed up and the owner told me I wasn’t getting nothing. This place ruined my hair and now I have to deal with hair loss tons of breakage, a uneven haircut and a highlight job that looks really bad. I will post pictures so everyone can see what kind of job I got and I will post pictures of the last 2 times I got my hair done which is once every year. There is a big difference. I am so disappointed in the customer service at this salon and have no choice but to consult with my attorney to get my money back. I know accidents happen but I asked lots of questions before getting this service done and I was assured that she was very good and had been doing hair for 20 years. I would think for someone doing hair that long that they should know better than to use the highest volume of bleach 40 on someone’s natural hair since how I haven’t had highlights in over a year. It is now the holidays and I have all this damage to my hair so I have to spend money that was meant for Christmas to fix my damaged hair and to get the blond that I asked for. I would be very careful in considering going to this salon!"
