"I went there and they said “we don’t have appointments to do walk ins today…” wasn’t aware you needed an appointment to do a walk in. Thanks anyway. Edit: Since you waited over a year to reply to my comment I assume you want a response. When a business says "walk-ins welcome" that means no appointment is required to be seen. I went inside of the building, nobody even addressed me, didn't greet me didn't say hi until I said, "Hello? is anybody in here?" And someone peeked out from a curtain and said what they said above. My issue isn't that I couldn't be seen its the attitude I was given when you realized I was in the building, and the attitude is still continuing.. if you wanted me to try your business out after having a disappointing experience OVER A YEAR AGO this is not the way to do it, very unprofessional."

"She is extremely talented when it comes to actually styling hair but she does not respect your time she is never punctual and it's pretty expensive if I may say so myself. and she gets mad if you leave a review about her being late. and promising a time she cannot deliver, I have seen customers come and go, you are the only Dominican salon in a very wealthy area, that is why they keep coming back. Just work on telling people the truth, that what you are doing is going to take very long, not 45 minutes."

"I went to Katiuska's salon for the first time & found her to be a knowledgeable professional that is very customer oriented. She not only explains the recommendations that she gives, but she provides the rationale for those recommendations. She demonstrates how you can maintain your hairstyle at home & even shows you how to go to her "You Tube" video demos so you can have a visual reminder of what to do at home. She has also developed her own product line that is absolutely fabulous!! The salon is well equipped with all of the professional tools & products that are needed for a full service salon. Hygienic protocols are in place at all times for client safety. I was so pleased with how my hair turned out that I have already made 3 future appointments!"
