"There were only two stylists only concerned with their plans for New Year's. Had very little conversation with me....didn't acknowledge me at all..although my name was on her appointment schedule. She did a lousy job cutting my hair. Was also too busy checking her cell phone every few minutes. Definitely will NOT return."

"I had bleached my hair at home, it did t turn out right so I went in for a color correction and it looked amazing when I left, nice and soft, she kept my length. After a few days I started noticing my hair falling out by the brush fulls. Then I went to straighten my hair for work and noticed a VERY large portion of my hair towards the back of my head was only about 2 inches long. Now I have to cut all my hair off and start the long process of trying to grow my hair back to where it was when she first touched my hair !!! It took me 9 long years to get it where it was"
