"I’ll say this. The lady owner does a good job but depending on her mood for the day she may not be friendly. My first visit she was sweet as apple pie. Went back for a second visit and I couldn’t believe it was the same owner but it was her. I greeted her and she immediately said have a seat.She was very short with me. She wouldn’t trim my cuticles even though I would pay her extra, she said she doesn’t do that. I wanted my nails shaped oval versus square. She did it but was not happy about doing it. I’ve never seen anything like it. She says she has her regulars and most of her clients are older. I’m guessing they let her do what she wants because it was obvious she didn’t like my requests."

"1st time here, read reviews so thought it would be a good place for pedicures. My husband and I came in a few weeks ago, no liners in foot whirlpools. That should have been a sign to leave right then. Cut deep into 3 toenails, enough to cause bleeding and were very sore for 4 days. Grabs a pumice type scrubber from door in rolling cart, scrubbed my feet. USED SAME SHARP TOOLS FOR HUSBANDS FEET AS HE DID MINE, USED SAME PUMICE STONE AS WELL for husbands feet. Put it back in the cart again. I have never seen such unclean practices used for pedicures. Will not return."
