"I hate having to leave this review, but I feel it needs to be done. The staff at this location were so friendly and welcoming, but the actual service being done is lacking. My daughter got her hair trimmed and it looks fine, I on the other hand asked for layers and ended up with a hack job. I am super upset with how my hair turned out, the uneven layers and the awkward look of it from the back. The front is even worse and I have no idea what I need to do to get it fixed."

"Instructed Lacey how I wanted my hair cut, could not wat her because I need glasses to see at that distance. I had cut a swatch at the front of my hair and stated I wanted it that length all over with a blunt cut across my ears and on the back with a slight taper. The left side is mostly less than ONE INCH LONG, with the very front being cut the length I wanted. The back is tapered all the way up to the crown area half the length I instructed her to cut it. The right side is the length I had requested. She stated over and over again that she had EIGHT years experience, I stated I got my cosmetology license 47 years ago, I guess she didn't like that because she really butchered my hair! I am just glad I can stay in until my hair grows out, about a month should do it."
