"The only reason I gave it 1 star was because I couldn't write a review otherwise. I had my hair cut there today and she butchered my hair. I read all these reviews so I believed it would be a good haircut. It looks like a rat chewed it off. Now I have to find a real hairdresser to try to do some damage control but I may have to get a wig until it grows out. Some places its only about 1/4 inch and sticks out everywhere. None of it is the same length. I can't do anything about it tonight but cry. I don't know her name but she has long black hair."
