L.A Nails

"I asked for short almonds acrylic and the lady doing my nails did not file them down enough so they turned out chunky. I explained to her that I have cuts and bruises on my fingers, she worked on my nails really harshly and kept telling me not to move although she was hurting me. I paid $103 for cheap looking nails, a pedi with polish all over my toes and a painful experience."

"I didn't not get the full deluxe package I paid for- no scrub and maybe 10 seconds of the hot stone on each leg. I asked for an American (french) on my toes, he painted them all white with streaks. The lady did a decent job on my American style, but my nails are shorter on my left hand and not straight. I normally don't complain, however I paid over $120.00, at least give me what I asked for. and what the package states."

"Went in there and asked for a manicure with powder with pedi. I didn’t end up having the pedi.. the lady I had was nice so that’s why I’m Giving 2 stars. Butttt she cut my cuticles with a drill only.. didn’t push them back or use the other tool they do. After she used the drill to cut my cuticles and even out my nails, she brushed the dust off and started applying the powered to my nails. Normally I’m asked to go wash my nails.. in the pictures you can see the glue showing and you can also see the jewels Started popping of with in 6 hours.. I paid $95 for my service and it was not for quality. I’m very sad and disappointed as I got these nails done for my birthday that this Tuesday. I got my nails done the Friday before :("

"I went to this salon as a walkin. Starting with my acrylics I can’t say I was happy with them tbh. Thumbs cut way to short, other lengths not matching whatever. Then came my pedicure which has led to an infection. The day after I noticed my toe was sore, I thought he just clipped me cutting my cuticles like the lady did on my fingers. I let it go, well no we are on day 5 and my big toe is swelling and red and sore still! Weather the stuff wasn’t clean or what this isn’t okay. I’m contacting them tomorrow for a refund and will update if this is made any better. Also will be starting antibiotics tomorrow all because I tried to get a relaxing pedicure here. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16. I owned my own salon for 2 years. This is a first and I’m extremely disappointed. Editing as I said I would, they messaged asking me not to leave this review. I went In to the shoot they very clearly were not holding accountability and wanted to give 40$ back. I did miss a few hours of work and spend money on antibiotics and stuff as well as the money spent in their shop but it’s something I guess."
