"Main points: He cut me - I was bleeding, and he just kept going -- AND the water was freezing!!! Yesterday my friend and I went to LaBelle Nail Salon. She got a full acrylic set and I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The man who did my pedicure was insanely rough and injured me. He cut me when aggressively filing my nail while looking behind him. I was saying oww and pulling away and he held on to my foot tighter. I looked at him kind of in shock when he turned around and he said "little English" to indicate he didn't know what I was saying. I showed him where I was bleeding and he said "sorry" and just kept going until I literally had to stay STOP. On top of this, the water was freezing which I tried to tell him (which he obviously knew from touching it). So, on top of being hurt, I was also freezing. He was so rough throughout the entire process - it was not relaxing at all. In addition to this, when I got the gel manicure he got gel all over my skin and did not listen (or maybe couldn't understand me) when I said I didn't think the color was the same - and I was right. There was kind of no going back once he did the first gel coat and at that point I just wanted to be done with it and leave. My toes are indeed a different color then my fingers. . . and while this isn't a huge deal, the experience overall was not good and their prices were high. - Plus, they charge a 3% fee if you use a card versus cash. I would NEVER go back here and do not recommend. (Pic shows where he cut me and how the polish is two different colors)*"

"My first time at Labelle’s and I am not disappointed! Maddie took her time with my pedicure and made me feel comfortable. Yarah did my full set and made me nails look just like the picture design I brought in. The nails were not too thick or bulky. I am super happy with my pampering my self day at Labelle!"

"I had ombré coffin shaped nails and I absolutely love them. I’ve been trying nail salons up this way for 2 years and always disappointed. Never got the shape correct, each nail was always different shape to the next and I would end up having to re-file them myself when I got home. Not here!! SAM IS THE MAN lol awesome at his work, each mail is filed perfectly. Super friendly guy. Clean establishment too. Highly recommend."
