"Sarah did an amazing job on my mother's hair! My mother is a stroke survivor and is currently in a wheel chair and struggles with speech. Sarah was helpful and compassionate. She spoke to my mom rather than at her. Sarah talked aloud and made her feel really special. She did a root touch up, hair cut, lip and chin wax. This whole experience was transformative in her recovery process and made her feel very special. Also got us in the day of! We will definitely be back."

"Made an appointment several days ago for 2pm. I arrived 10 min early and waited until 5 min after 2. I walked to the reception desk and asked if I could confirm my appointment time and she stated she stated she didn’t know how to check. It is to be noted that upon my arrival, I waited at that desk for a few minutes to be acknowledged by her. However, she was on some sort of personal phone call. At approximately 10 minutes after two I was approached by the stylist who advised she had canceled my appointment because she received a text stating that the appointment was never requested. She said she texted the person back to double check and received the same answer. I asked her if she ever thought to double check the persons name/identity to make sure there was no miscommunication on phone numbers and she said no.I had her check the phone number, and it was indeed incorrect, which would’ve been a mistake from whoever took the appointment. She then told me she did not have time to do my hair after I had blocked out the time in my own busy schedule for the appointment. Common sense should have one in the situation however, it did not. They just lost a well-paying customer who would’ve tipped even better for the services I made an appointment for. I do not recommend a Salon based off of the lack of professionalism in honoring the appointment that I did not cancel. In a situation where there was clearly a miscommunication on their end it should’ve been assumed I would be at my appointment instead of canceling it. Unacceptable to say the least. * in response to the business reply….. whoever wrote the reply from the business clearly was not there at the time of this incident. The only thing I was told was that my appointment was canceled and she attempted to reschedule me for the next day which I advised her was not OK and my schedule was crazy for the next few weeks which is why I had blocked out the time for that day. I was never asked to wait any 15 to 20 minutes for any fixing of this problem but I will mention I had already waited 20 minutes without any greeting or anything. There is no excuse for what happened, and I hope it doesn’t happen to someone else, as it would’ve been easily rectified from the very beginning of my calling to make the appointment."

I’m extremely picky about my hair and finally found a true Hair Professional! Very clean, professional and calming place. Highly recommend ❤️"
