"A wonderful experience from start to finish! After unhappy cuts at some area salons, I came across Eclipse, and Melissa! She spent a nice amount of time, even took photos of the back of my hair to show some trouble spots, and then gave me a fabulous cut that provided lots of body and was easy to style. SO happy to finally find someone who truly understands how to cut hair!"

"I called the salon at 7:30 and explained that I was 5 minutes away and wanted to know if they would have time to soak off my gel polish and that I would return the following day for a full set. The receptionist put me on a brief hold, while she asked the nail technician if she would have time to provide that service. The receptionist got back on the phone and explained that the nail tech wouldn’t have enough time, due to closing at 8 pm. I politely said that is fine, I will just come in to get my toes painted (10-15 min service). She then checked with the nail technician again, who explained that she wouldn’t have time because she was with a client. I felt the story was changing, so I decided to go in and look for myself on wether or not she was truly with a client. When I walked in, I asked where the nail technician was. She was standing in the back doing absolutely nothing. I walked up to her and said, you’re the nail technician, correct? She said, yes. I said great, I don’t see that you are with a client, so I would like to proceed with the polish. She said, I don’t have time to provide that service. I said, you close in 23 min… you have more than enough time. She still refused to provide the service. So i asked to speak with the owner, she rudely said… well I’m the owners daughter and the owner (my mom) is right there (as she pointed across the room) The owner was finishing up a hair treatment. I walked up to her and explained the situation and again, she said well she doesn’t feel she has enough time, so we can’t help you. This is absolutely the most unprofessional establishment I have ever come across and I’m absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service and disrespect! Please, do yourself a favor and take your services to another salon… a salon that is appreciative to receive a paying customer in todays poor economy."

"Just came back from Eclipse and had such a wonderful experience. I just moved to the area from out of state, had been with my previous stylist for about 20 years. I had some trepidations starting with a new stylist, but read the great reviews and thought I'd given Eclipse a try. Katie was my stylist at Eclipse and she was wonderful! She took time with me, discussing what I wanted, asked detailed questions about kind of highlights I wanted. In the end, I was so happy with the results. They treat you very well and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Will definitely come again. Thank you!"

"What a great experience. I came across this place on google and I'm so glad I gave it a try. What I was after was very very different from what I had, almost impossible. However Tiffany and Ashley ( hope I got the names correct) worked VERY hard for many many hours to achieve it. What I loved about this salon was everyone worked together. All the ladies wanted to help and give advice all afternoon, at one point I had 3 of them all working together on my hair at the same time. I cant wait to go back, very professionall. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
