We have been very pleased from start to finish with the expertise and professional support we have received. From our designer Jeremy to our project manager Edmond, office communications Annette, and many others Shannon, Jim, our pool cleaner and the punch list workers, paver crew, plaster crew, and all were polite, attentive and respectful. I just have to brag on Jim our pool school trainer. He had come to start up the pool, however we were out of town and forgot to unlock the gate. We were supposed to reschedule start up for the following week but instead were pleasantly surprised the next morning to the pool in full operation! Jim had went to the local Walmart and purchased a ladder to get inside and complete the job! Going above and beyond for the customer. We are enjoying our beautiful pool designed exactly how we wanted it and to perfection! We had started our research with a fiberglass pool company but we were amazed at the little cost difference between the two. We are very happy and we are sure to enjoy our beautiful pool for years to come. Thank you PBJC!"

"PBJC is an amazing example of a local business run as a family. Every single person we’ve interacted with was genuine, kind, experienced and highly communicative. There were small issues thru the build, which is expected when doing such a large and custom project, but the team was always quick to fix them all and always stood behind their product/brand. They’re just really good people. Jordan Rothman was our designer and primary contact. He killed it! He always available to provide advice and help solve any problem, well after his design work was done. Annette is awesome and is always there to assist with a customer focused approach. Morgan was a consummate professional as our PM. He kept the whole thing on time and did a lot of behind the scenes things to make this a great build. Overall, we very strongly recommend PBJC for your pool builder needs. There’s a reason this company has been around as long as it has. Yes the final product is great but the people are the best."

"Very good experience. Communication was not the best initially but it improved as time went on. They must have had a meeting. LOL. They were not the cheapest but came highly recommended by friends whose pools we got to look at first. All in all it took over a year from signing design to water fill. While PBJC do a lot of the work themselves, they do use subcontractors for tile, decking etc. You have got to keep your eye on the work they do. It is like that with most things in the construction business. Also there were issues with wrong items (pump, heat pump, travertine, etc) being delivered. PBJC never had issues with the proper replacements. In fact EVERYTHING that was delivered wrong they replaced with a better grade of replacement. I don't know if they meant to do that or just did it as an inconvenience upgrade. Regardless, I was pleasantly surprised each time. My pool has been running for about 5 months now and no plumbing issues or anything like that. Great company. Highly recommend."
