"Love Lily and Andy. They are always so accommodating. I am disabled and they always work with me and go above and beyond to help me get the best pedicures and manicures. I recommend them to everyone."

"Pedicure was top notch! However, I got dip nails and they look pretty awful compared to the first time I went… might have just been the nail tech but I will not be going back for a dip set. I did ask about it at the end when I noticed it but I was told “it’s just the dip powder” and still got charged full price for these. (Notice all the white dots everywhere) and no it’s not “sparkles”. Really is disappointing because these people are super nice."

"I Moved away from my chosen nail salon of 10 years and had to find a new one. As we all know that’s super hard, once you have found the perfect one. After researching what was near me and looking over tons of reviews. I settled on Diamond Nails. I am so happy I did! The owner is hands down amazing! He strives for exceptional service, takes great pride in his business and has 100% passion and heart for what he does. Not only was he exceptional but so was his staff that were on-site that day. If I could give more than 5stars I would! They have earned a customer for life ❤️"

"Not my usual nail place but they were the only ones open on a Sunday. I got a mani-pedi and the pedicure was awesome. I got dip nails done and I love how they came out. Rounded down to 3 stars because towards the end of my nails it felt like the lady was ready to just wrap things up and tore up my cuticles with the Dremel."

"Depends on a lot of factors but I am no longer impressed. I once liked the place. Now I don't really know. They've been 100% very nice to me. Like all these places the experience is inconsistent. Personnel change. Prices go up. Cleanliness is window dressed but questionable. That doesn't mean it's bad. This pkace seems OK. It doesn't mean there's necessarily going to be a problem. It means watch out. It's not medical grade services. I have reservations. It is probably OK for most healthy people. Shared implements and common surfaces scare me, with good reason. It takes faith which i don't have. I don't see the autoclaves in heavy action. Sanitation matters. You have to assume it's marginally alright. Sorry folks but I'm not off the fence on notions concerning surgical sterile fields given my own professional unrelated clinical knowledge, training, and experience. Customers assume the risks of ubiquitous typical common infectious agents found on skin including healthy people and surfaces most people touch. No different than anywhere else. You can mitigate some of it. You decide."
