"Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment on Booksy and there were many slots open and then get a text saying she’s all booked up and all she has is Friday 7 at night but nothing updated on Booksy! Then goes on to say she’s not mobile when on Booksy it’s listed as mobile . When I returned the text , she responds a day later n says she’s all booked up and had an attitude and the audacity to tell me I shouldn’t have waited for her lol There was nothing else to even select when I checked Booksy bc that slot was taken down and I could no longer even click on it to check. Never followed up with me but instead booked someone else smh Terrible customer service and very unprofessional!"
