"This was by far the worst experience getting a haircut. If I could post pictures I would but it’s not giving me the opportunity to do so."

"I took a pic of the way I wanted my hair to look like with me. I explained twice how to reach my goal. She kept saying she understood. I told her the main thing is I do not want to leave this shop looking like a 'poodle' as I like my hair a certain way. Again she said she knew what I wanted. I was anxious as she kept clipping my hair away. After the perm, which was very nicely curled, she then blow dried, brushed and used sparingly a curling iron. When she was finished I told her that she cut too much off, took away the style I wanted and left me leaving the shop looking like a poodle. I went home in tears. I would not recommend this shop. Too many 'beauticians' only curl and cut so that you leave with a 'old woman's poodle look' and have forgotten how to actually style and cut. This is one of those shops. Now, I have to wait for my hair to relax and to grow some before I get "my style" back. What a disappointment when I repeated the importance of what I wanted. We all know that a perm does need to relax after a few days, but, this short cut ( about a inch to inch 1/2) is way too short. I needed at least 3 in on top and then tapered down to nape and around the ear. Now, it has to grow 2 inches !!!"
