"I was shopping for fruit trees last night (Dec 26th) around 6-630, they were open until 9. The gentleman working the garden center was so rude the couple times we tried to ask for help. Even a simple question as "Do you have this tree?" His response was all of our trees are in the back and pointed. After looking at the trees we had more questions about them and he told us customer service would have to help us. I've never been told that when shopping for plants or trees before. We even had to get a cart and load our own trees. I'm glad I was with my mom to help her so she wasn't lifting bigger trees by herself. I spoke with customer service and they called a manager over but I'm not so sure by the way they acted if they would even address his behavior. I know home Depot or tractor supply garden center employees don't act that way. I won't send my mom to Lowe's anymore to get trees when I can send her to the competition and know they will help her. We buy fruit trees and plants regularly and have never been treated that way at the competition."

"I recently got myself into painting rocks. I needed rocks in bulk (for cheap if possible). Someone suggested Lowes, so that’s were I went. My other half and I found ourselves in the garden section. It’s beautiful in there! You could easily loose an hour looking at all the flowers. I wasn’t sure where to locate the river rocks so I asked for assistance. The lady was very helpful. When I was on the isle I saw another employee and asked for exact location. He too was friendly. My other half and I were pleasantly surprised at the size bag of rocks and the price. A hefty bag was only 13 dollars and some change after tax! We headed to check out. The self checkout froze. Even though the lady managing the area was busy managing her area she was quick to help us. Once I run out of rocks to paint we’ll be back!"
