"I have 3c curl/high porosity hair. I booked a day of appointment for a deep condition and clear gloss. Brooke did a great job detangling, massaging, and wrapping my hair for the treatments. I’d really love to talk about Destiny, a young lady who was supposed to be training to work behind the desk but took over for Brooke when it came time to style my curls. Destiny finger curled every hair in small sections and also gave a mini lesson on how to go about styling curls and the necessary products. I would’ve left very unhappy if Destiny was not there, it’s nothing personal as we’re talking about hair, all the girls were great! Being as transparent as I can here, 3 stars is for the salon not having the correct hair products for my hair. Destiny found a half empty Aveda Nutriplenish bottle in the back. My family moved to hernando county in the 2000s and it is a bit disappointing/unprofessional as a company to not even have the right products (even in stock) for all hair in 2024, especially with the increasing demographic population. I’d only go here again for Destiny as she truly catered to my hair’s needs the best way she could, I hope to see her in a booth soon instead of behind a desk."

"Jessica has been my hair stylist for about 8 months now and she is absolutely amazing. She works with me and my indecisive ways! She’s always doing such a wonderful job!! Jessica answers all my questions about my hair the products I use or would like too. She makes sure when I leave I’m looking and feeling great. She’s the sweetest person I have ever met! I have anxiety when it comes to cutting my hair. I had extremely long hair that had been cut pretty short prior. Jessica always takes that into consideration and just that extra thought makes me feel safe. I adore the whole salon. When you walk in you can tell they enjoy their work place. Everyone’s always laughing and smiling with each other. It’s like a mental break from the crazy outside world. A little slice of heaven in Spring Hill ❤️."
