"Very unprofessional! I called last week and made an appointment for yesterday which was Monday for 10 am. When I showed up at exactly 10 am the lady had a client already sitting in the chair. Plus another one waiting with her hair wet. Then when I said that I have a 10 am appointment she told me she’s with someone else to go home and she’ll call me because she made a mistake and made two 10 am appointments, I left and went home, she never called and ended up calling at 1 pm and said if you wanna come you can come now. Very unprofessional"

"The owner is such a pleasure, and accommodating, she even opened her business on a day she was closed. I had the Keratin treatment, she did an amazing job, I'm in love with my hair. No better salon in Hernando County, also she has the best pricing. I love that she didn't change the pricing like other hair salons do, people are on budget's and she was very reasonable.
