"Stay away!!! The techs that come out to service are great, but the ownner Justin and the cashier Eddie lack integrity. The quote was for a salt water siystem. Justin told us we need a timer. The electrican came in and said that we can use the existing timer. Justin said charge them anyway. The electrician told him we didnt need it, and he thretened to come to my house and "kick his a$$". Furthermore, Eddie should not be anywere near customers. Do yourself a favor, and go somewere else."
"Let me just say first of all everyone at the store is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we had an issue where our pool would not get cleaned. First time was a week called and they came by and cleaned it. Second time was about two weeks before they passed and cleaned it. Lastly there was a 3 week period where the pool got algae and completely green. That was the last straw. I don’t recommend their pool cleaning service."

"I went to the store in Kendall where I was greeted by Justin and his colleague. Their initial consultation was concise, complete and I appreciated how they took their time explaining each and every aspect of the job. The service continued to be exceptional throughout their work on upgrading my pool deck. Specifically, Justin's expertise and passion for his craft was sensational. The job was extensive and cumbersome, however, there were no delays and it was completed to perfection. I could not recommend them any higher- you will not be disappointed."
"PHENOMENAL SERVICE! 1- Went into store the other day, and their employees pointed me in the right direction for all the supplies I needed for my pool and patio. 2- After my first encounter with them I called and set an appointment, due to problems with my pump at home. They came on time, as expected, and were very knowledgeable. They provided me with a fair estimate on the repairs, which was comparable to the other vendors in the area, and got the work done in a timely manner. I’m going to continue to use them as my go-to pool store. 10/10 recommend."
