"I went here with My Nephew. They are extremely helpful. Bring some of your pool water in a water bottle and they'll test your water free. Then they give you print-out with what you need to do to get your pool clear and safe. Chlorine prices are good. I know you can get chlorine up the block cheaper, but they don't test your water, give you free expert advice and set you up for success because they know what they're doing. I was impressed by the organized store and Great Employees. By the way, that iguana shouldn't be in your pool... Just saying..."

"Horrible horrible Service, The whole staff was very insulting in front of my 3 yr old daughter. I would never come back again . Everyone was on the phone and I was told by the one of the staff member Jessica if they gave me the correct name to take it to the back my self which in my many many priors visits I was told to leave it in the trolley and we will take care of it . Ernie the elder Gentleman consistently told me to go else where because I told him if he can rinse off because last time my shorts had chlorine and got stained . Ernie did not de escalate the situation but only made things worst . As he continued to escalate the situation. They need to be reprimanded. I will also file a complaint to corporate. David and Kim , please provide them proper training and customer service . I can go a door next to you guys to get chlorine which is also cheaper than your location but I still come here because of past experience. but I was shocked when I stepped in.."

"I went online to get a quote for a replacement pump and filter as well as pressure washing or acid washing the pool. Got a call back, gave my information, was promise they would speak to xyz and get back to me with prices. Waited, waited, called back because maybe they lost my number. Spoke to the same person I will give the information and get right back to you……. To this day I’m still waiting. It’s sad because I want to do business with a local store in my neighborhood. I understand that it’s busy but it’s been weeks at this point. I still would like to know the price for the acid wash."

"First I was impressed from the knowledge and the customer service. Today I'm just disappointed, bought a leaf rake and a brush a about 6 month ago. The net of the leaf rake fall apart and the brush loses the hair after normal use. I was told no warranty and that's it. Poor customer service."
