"On the website it says that the book I ordered was going to take a maximum of 4 to 5 business days, that was since January 7th and it still hasn't arrived, what is the joke they have with me and now it tells me that it was only sent on the 25th and It arrives on the 29th, I check and nothing has arrived. I want my money back. I don't care if they already sent that book. I'm not going to accept being treated like that. And it also happens with the discount sheet. It never arrived. So why pay for a membership? If they don't even take your clients with a little of respect"

"It's a lovely store , but their " rearrangement" events cause customer irritation. I also find the specific authors I look for are less and less stocked. I'm turning to Thrift Books more and more. It's easier and less frustrating. Only draw back is there is no yummy coffee at Thrift, but I'll work that out."

"It has been forever since I have been to one, I used to go along with my family (long gone) to purchase books and magazines for my daughters, my wife and myself. Although not a flagship one, it is big enough and really pretty and kept the mystique. I wandered around the aisles in awe, feeling lucky to be here and making a mental promise to return regularly. You can join the "Millionares club" and get up to 50% off books (a minimum of 10%). If you have one close to home, please go, they need our patronage, Amazon is putting too many businesses out for good."
