"The stylists are pretty good but there's really no point in making an appointment here because you'll end up waiting no matter what. Went with my mother for her scheduled appointment and a walk-in was taken first after we had already arrived. Took my child for a scheduled appointment and was told it would be a 10 minute wait; we waited for 30 minutes while the stylist did a pedicure for another client."
